Great question. The best answer is, "it depends." That's because every single house is different. Square footage doesn't matter, there's no such thing as a "standard house." Everyone's focus and goals are different. That being said, The top 3 options I would go with are: 1 - Apollo 2 - Delta Pro Ultra 3 - EG4 DIY Setup The Apollo is the most expandable, most adaptable, most tested, and the best, period. The Delta Pro Ultra is a brand new unit, not tested, but has 240v with just one unit, great expandability, good solar input, but historically EcoFlow uses their customers as their guinea pigs to find issues. EG4 has extremely good quality, but if you don't know how to put solar stuff together, then you should look at the Apollo.

Based on your question, if I had three options for a whole house backup, my recommendations would be:1. Segway PowerStation Cube 2000 - With its expandable capacity of up to 5kWh and versatile sockets, it can power your devices and appliances for extended periods.2. Traditional gasoline-powered generator - It provides a reliable backup option, especially for those who value quality family time outdoors and camping.3. As soon as my patent lawyer says I'm good to go I'll launch the preorder. They're made here in Idaho. Pricing has not been set yet. What I do know is the closest similar item, which is not nearly as good, costs $100/panel. My solar legs will defintely be less than that and work much better.

But you don’t see a reputable RU-vidr, like hobo Tech, will Prouse, or even Minuteman being sent one to test. They know it’s junk and overpriced . They advertise on TV hoping people won’t do their research.

Oh I know it's junk,my point is more about the lack of good companies and good products being advertised on TV. I'm one that tries to tell my neighbors or anyone that doesn't think they can have a solar set up due to their inability to install or pay for a system,that they most certainly can but many just don't know better. Some of these ppl will possibly look into the patriot and think it's great but not do their homework and realize there's waaaaaay better stuff out there.

Oh gotcha I see what you mean. I think in this day and age of social media, they must get more return for their buck.

Honestly speaking,it was a advertisement for their 1st unit that brought solar generators to my attention. Thankfully I investigated to see what else existed and that's when I cam across Ben and PPS. Ended up with original Ecoflow Delta and got my Titan from Ben and lastly bought a Growatt all in one and been beefing it up over past couple years. Amazed how the market has EXPLODED since my original search back just before covid.

@latymz reeway had a video up when he did a review on segway cube, it had about 70% efficiency on the battery, then it disappeared. Numerous other small channels have posted that Segway 3rd party agents pressured them for positive reviews that over looked any flaws

@@scottmurphy4946 I’m not surprised. Ninebot, a Beijing-based transportation robotics startup rival, acquired Segway Inc. in April 2015. It’s a no go 🙅‍♂️ for me in light of this behavior.
