Great video, quick and to the point. I also have the king Samurai manta ray and I got the same bracelet from Marc at long Island watches. That bracelet looks amazing on my Seiko the model # is the #BRAC-02. Solid bracelet and makes your Samurai really stand out. I was trying to size it to my wrist and I don't know if it was my fault or what but I couldn't take off one of the screws in the link and messed up the screw. I emailed Marc and he sent me two links with the screws. amazing customer service and will definitely be buying any bracelet from him and recommending them to anyone and everyone.. just for him doing that small gesture!
Hey, just bought a king samurai, looks like long Island is out of the hexad style right now so I'll have to go with strapcode, was trying for the life of me to find a jubilee style for it but can't find one anywhere for the samurai, do you know if there's one out there? I've found straight 22mm ones but I definitely want one that hugs the case inside the lugs
Yes! Love the watches man! Strapcode + Seiko is always a perfect match. I've got my Samurai on a Hexad too, and it's a perfect matchup. The angular flat planes of the links match the lugs & case profile perfectly. Where'd you get the Bandoleer from? I've been wanting a Bandoleer bracelet for awhile now, and your Turtle combo looks amazing. Sometimes I'll buy the bracelet FIRST, and then try to match it to a watch later on (kinda backwards I know LOL). I only see them direct from Strapcode, and I've read that shipping takes a while. Just curious etc. Awesome video!
Thanks. I will say I bought a bracelet from LIW for my Citizen Promaster diver after watching one of his videos about it. I was so excited.....until I actually got the bracelet in hand. Small, thin, cheap feeling. I put the bracelet on the watch and it looks.....small, thin and cheap. Paid $59 for it. Lesson learned. I should have tried to find something else. 😢
Thanks for video. About Samurais bracelet... Is the fitment of the end links to the case ok? I am asking because it seems that the king case is slightly different than the standard one. Even original bracelet is a little loose. Thanks again🙂
I am so late to strapcode, but having tried every strap under the sun including craterblue of recent, for winter, I kept going back to my Sinn on a bracelet. It means my Ninja Sumo and Turtle just stay in the watch whiner. Just recently decided on the Enmil over the O Boyer (DLC costing), but now warned one for the turtle. This video is perfectly aligned with the Bandoleer, with the curves of the strap fitting the cushion shape bubbily feel of the king turtle! Great choice on your vid with the strap. Perhaps I would have never sold my King Samuari if I had watch this vid 1st. How many links did you take out for the Bandoleer and enmil? I also have a 7 1/4 inch wrist. cheers
I like the look of the aftermarket bracelets and as far as function the aftermarket has some adjustments that the stock doesn't offer but as far as calling it Better IDK the stock bracelet can obviously get the job done too.
