Thank you for making this video. The store's salesperson was trying to figure out the calendar, so I told him I'd do it myself because I knew someone nice like you might have already done a video like this, and I was right, following your instructions was incredibly easy.

Like all other people, I convey you my deepest congratulations for this video. Like all other people, I confirm the Seiko manual is a nightmare. Two little things, however : you could change the music, as the one today is repetitive, although very cool. ( That's a detail ! ) 😃More important : as it takes a while to go from one step to the next one when setting the time, it is worth setting it with a minute advance, so at the end of the operation, time is more exact. And a suggestion : you should ask Seiko to give you a financial reward for every time one watches your video, and, quite soon, you could afford purchasing a brand new Seiko Perpetual Calendar !

Thank you so much for this wonderful video. I have a similar watch to this one (SPC125P1) which i have been using for 5 years already and the battery died on me today. I have changed the battery in a watch shop but unfortunately the repairman did not know how to set my watch back to the latest date, etc. I was really frustrated with setting this watch up as i did not have the instructions manual with me and there isnt a manual for my watch model online. Im glad to find your video which helped me alot to figure out how my watch works!!! Have a nice day to you!

Great video 👍. I recently brought this watch & this video was a great help in getting the 24 hour clock set correctly. Only had it for a day so I'm still slowly learning 😀

I have this same watch and watching the video is a wonderful refresher on how to set and use each function. The background music you selected is calming, making it easier for me to follow your guide. If I could make one improvement to the watch, it would be to extend the arm with the red crescent on the end, making it easier to identify the date, month and leap year. Thank you!

After a battery change there is an IC reset that is shown after everything else in the manual, yet it is the first thing that should be done, and of course that's now looking like an issue for me. Hope not. It's crown out to 2nd position, and press both A and B for 2 seconds.

a mic would been more useful and helpful but thanks for the information tad slow having to pause all the time. had to repeat a few times to get.

I get it all, however, when I press ‘B’ to shift to stopwatch the day hand moves to somewhere between 12 and 1, not to CHR. I’m baffled! Please Help!

Good, but not, not solar powered, not mechanical, another common battery watch, nothing special.
