The differences between those are just when they started to homage Rolex. It's all about context on why you wanna buy one thing or another, if you will spread it properly, then wearing San Martin could give to rest the right vibe, because it has quality, on the other hand is easier to deliver with Seiko because Seiko already got history on their back, but quality is just worse because of marketing.
