Chazz it was so refreshing to see different people you know, with values, you have.Steve did not go to school, but he had talent, ambition. He was lucky to meet the same people who helped me. Your wife is beautiful, you belong together. Peace and love FoxeBrown
This weekly podcasts inspires me to get through another week, keep up the good work Chazz ….. Steve is all heart, he has a hard exterior but the man is all heart and passion bless him
Any day now you’ll be at 20,000!!! My commute to work is 1hour 20mins. Every Monday your podcast makes the drive much more pleasant. Love stories of entrepreneurs making it big.
Man, Italian! Love when they speak mafia dialect! So entertaining your channel is. High point to follow you. Looking forward as a kid to the next episode of old school!? Thanks Chazz Palminteri.
Chazz is the Man! Original OG. Real Man’s man. After watching your podcast with Patrick I have so much more respect for you. People should really learn alot from you.
Great video. I’m from Charleston SC… went to Fort Lauderdale this past weekend and had a date and took her to Cafe Martorano’s. Great food- had to try the meatball and salad then special veal with mozzarella. Excellent outside dining options, food but waiter gave us about 30 seconds to review the menu to place an order. All staff were excellent/friendly except the waiter with the beard. Wish I recalled his name but he needs to take a course on customer service. All in all, great restaurant. Kudos..
Chazz, agreed Sicily for spaghetti vongole. we were all over Sicily and had it many times. The pasta with clams and pastacchio is great also. Had that in Siracusa 🤩 We live in Jupiter, FL and need to get out to FLL soon to Martoranos. This podcast was an inspiration + we saw your show in WPB and Steve was there
Jeez, this is an impressive guy. His attitudes, what he has done and even though he comes off as just a guy from the neighborhood, if you look deep and listen, he's brilliant. On top of that he has a beautiful, capable wife. Next time I'm in Lauderdale, I have a new place to try.
Love your podcasts! Looking forward to seeing you at The Paramount this weekend! Finally completing the "A Bronx Tale" Trifecta!!! I saw the movie back when; the Broadway Show in 2018 and now will see the One Man Show!!!
Great show ill watch it again soon, my Moms gravy is the best 2nd to none, theirs a lot of number twos that are pretty amazing, if your in the area one day go by Sal & Judys in Lacombe Louisiana its the best around. Please do a cooking show, pork at the bottom of the gravy? My Mom loves the egg.
Today, the border was re-opened from Canada to USA, so I hope to come to see your show soon. From Montreal. Are Canadians eligible for the poster give-away?
If you’re ever inStone Harbor., stop by for a great cup of coffee YOU have to know that I have the original VCR tape. OMG and a letter from you, some where. Love you and all your family. A GEM
Steve is a class act , I’ve been to his restaurants many times back in the day , but for what it’s worth…. These podcasts with the zoom calls are super frustrating…. The sound sometimes is off and the switching back and forth of the cameras just makes it a little difficult to really enjoy ….. just my opinion… god bless 🙏🙏
Please do a show on haunted houses, took my daughter by a haunted house this afternoon my friends family lived there in the 90's. Couples renovating it tearing up the porch wrapped with French doors painting the den. No one can stay their it always sells fast. Call out to the owner from the fence how's it going we start talking I ask him if he's seen any ghosts he says no then I tell him the house use to be the city morgue he goes white didn't have a clue. Tell him about the little girl ghost that use to show up in reflections on the brass bed post. The black would show up at night and darken the room from the ceiling down. The baby crying story was to much we heard a baby cry out ten feet away.
I’m sorry I keep commenting but this is the best podcast ever(in my opinion) I’ve been in the business for over 30 years and this has almost made me cry. I wish Steve all the best the world can offer. I understand exactly what Steve has gone through. I haven’t been to Italy either because of the hard work in the business.
Wow he dont play about his food u don't like it then its time To go... I hear that. People who wanna make up they own recipes need to cook they own food then..
Thank you, Chazz, for another great conversation! Every Monday evening, your podcast is part of the rest I’m always looking forward to! It was great meeting you back in March; I’m very grateful for your help and input and I’m sure we’ll meet again soon. Thank you and keep it up, Chazz!
Mr. Palminteri, You have brought tremendous significance to me as to what it means to be Italian and Sicilian-American. I am 17 now, and though I wasn't raised in the neighborhood or knew any other Italians within my social circles, your film and podcasts on here have most certainly exposed me to the specialness of our culture. Thank you for sharing some street wisdom and a look into the eras of yesterday that have come and gone; it has taught me throughout the years. I don't intend to lay it on thick because you may never read this and I know you have been praised many times, but I just thought I should give my respect. Truly, Fiona Pedi
Tremendous episode Mr. Palmenaterri!! Thats the difference between interviews & "sit downs" or conversations etc. The people demand true dialog & you can only get that with this style. In the past EVERYONE would say to themselves "why didnt he ask this or that" Chazz gets it. Great job paisan. Im originally from Bayonne NJ but actually ended graduating from high school @ Harry Truman High in the Bronx (COOP CITY Baychester) back in the day. A Bronx Tale is in my top 5 ALL TIME without a doubt right along with Apocalypse Now Taxi Driver Officer & a Gentlemen Scarface Anyway you cant lose paisan with your conversational skil & approach. Finally, Id like to pull a quote from a little 80s movie with one of my favorite quotes of alltime "This aint New York...This is THE BRONX!!!"
Hey Mr. Palmerti Awesome Show With Stevie Mano,I Watch Some On Life Story On TV & Clips On RU-vid.Hes OldSchool Common Sense,Patience,Understand.Congratulations To Both Of Yous On Your Successes. And It Is Very Interesting How He Came Up & Made It.
Your shows are always demonstrating life lessons. I love people but especially people who are real. Grandmas pasta a fagioli . The best word is “this is what I serve “, if you don’t like it leave!!! I’m a Pastor many instances I must inform visitors or Constituents this is what I serve, if you don’t appreciate my sermon or teachings, there are many other churches you could visit.
You have brought us many characters with incredible stories who are not well known. If you ever get the chance please check out Jimmy Calandra, A Bath Avenue Story. Jimmy was in a Brooklyn gang that aspired to get made. They were all groomed from childhood to join the life. He grew up and around many well known notorious figures and at one point they convinced two of Jimmys friends to murder the leader of their gang who was Jimmys best friend. After doing time himself and getting told on by those very "friends" he decided to become a witness and turn his life around. An amazing redemption story.
