John is a person who's in bed by the time we play play and Campbell if I remember right throw Rome out for 15 games on a 2 second late hit. But the Boston play got nothing for breaking our players back with the puck 50 feet away. Campbell is a capital JACKASS.

Campbell was not the one making that call. The emails were for other games in which he would rip officials who missed calls against his son.

We all saw it in 2011. We KNEW without any emails revealing it that the fix was in. Shame on Campbell. Did he do a lot for the game? Yes he did. But he should have been made to quietly resign in 2012. Bettman let him stay on and stuff like this is why he gets booed.

Thank you for standing up for how most if not all, feel about Colin Campbell. Just because you work your ass off doesn't give you free reign to do whatever you wish. He should never be inducted into the HHOF.

Nathan Horton threw a cup at a fan in game six vs Tampa bay in 2011 (on camera) which is an automatic 1 game suspension but doesn’t get suspended with Colin Campbell working and scores in game 7 vs Tampa bay

Yes. I have never forgotten that one. There was a 2009 fan interaction from Tortorella that was a suspension, as well, which had set the precedent for Horton's infraction to be suspendible. I largely checked out of the NHL due to that event, and have never really returned.

Thé HOF is a joke. Campbell put the integrity of the game in question, and should have been fired from the league for what he had done to affect the officiating during the SCF. Suspending Aaron Rome for the whole SCF??!! Colin Campbell screwed us to help his son. Matt is 1000% right.

While I have a lot of respect for John Shannon, like all of us, he has his blind spots and this is clearly one of them. If the emails are clear, they are what they are. You can't dispute them.

I always like J Shannon, but Sekeras is bang on here. And he has lots of courage to name names when most sports media are afraid for their jobs. Campbell is a crook.
