Ik heb de FX exemplaren vervangen door Wika’s. Beide blijken dezelfde waardes aan te geven. Dus ik had geen FX meters van bedenkelijke kwaliteit. Voor wat betreft de digitale meter : als je niet regelmatig gaat schieten ga je eerst die dingen moeten opladen vooraleer je aan de slag kan en dat heb ik er niet voor over . Thx Marc 👍🏻 inderdaad het opladen is misschien een dingetje 🤔 maar ja als ik ga schieten dan moet ik ook al verschillende batterijen opladen voor camera’s en dergelijke 🤣 eentje meer of minder zal ook wel lukken . Op mijn M3 heb ik een wika en een Huma op de regulator ( beiden wika ), beiden tonen dezelfde druk dus betrouwbaar denk ik dan 😉 . Nu op mijn crown had ik een FX meter staan die 10bar teveel toonde 🙈
think i might invest in a couple of these, im glad they come with the dowty washer ( or bonded seal washer) good video mate....oh and a installation video would be great.
@@Airbuks end of the day its all relative as to what gauge displays whatever pressure,analogue or digital, but it is definitely nice to know what the precise pressure is.

I actually have 2 on my Panthera 😉 the gen 2 then that is . Sekmeth has a new gen of these gauges and a better support team as some had complaints about it . Regarding the install video I have done one but on a impact . Same principe , just degassing the entire system and twist the gauges of to replace
I have 1 silver Sekhmet gauge on my 2nd reg installed on the angled manometer, I love it. I want a 2nd one for the bottle, however I'd like to keep it silver if possible. The bottle is a much better place for it than the 1st reg so you can see how many bars per shot and so fourth. The 1st reg gauge is pointless, I considered getting rid if the gauge completely and just plugging the hole. Once the reg is set the gauge is only there to check for creep.
Yes indeed , I am thinking off putting the 28mm on the bottle gauges for the fancy features like air per shot etc . On the angled adapter I will put the 25mm as a regulator monitor 👍🏻 I do prefer the black ones but I think they will still make them in stainless
@@Airbuks The black ones are very slick. If I bought 2 today Id happy with them, but I wouldn't want 1 silver and 1 black. I also like that they are now slightly smaller. Great idea to put the small one on the manometer. I'm left handed so the size doesn't effect me as much but as a righty smaller is surely better. Do you like the blue lighting?
So I'm thinking about digital gouges for my new impact. In your opinion, what do u think about the FX Keller and/or the Airmarksman digital gauge compared to the Sekhmet? Thanks.
The Kellers are the best but most expensive and no fancy features. The Airmarksman I haven’t seen yet 🤔 and the Sekmeth are a good value for money but if you go for those make sure you get the version 2.0

I’ll be honest I like / love the EDMU.. not the 1st gen but the 2nd gen.. Or whatever the upgrade or Gen.. they are up to.. BUT I will absolutely say that the SEKHMET has them beat at their idea to be able to charge the gauge it’s an awesome MOVE and don’t even have to remove anything GREAT IDEA 💡.. there is also a real basic plain one button digital gauge that works amazing without all the bells and whistles it gets the job done ✅ and it’s Affordable..
@@ChuCKwilliams5 I have a EDMU aswel , works good but it’s abit a pain to change the battery 🙈 , the one button gauge you are referring to I think I have seen on a few social media posts 👍🏻 people also seem to happy with them
Can you show the charging cable for the 25mm gauge and how well the magnets attach vs the 28mm please. I thought the 28mm for bottle and 25mm for angled bracket but the charging cables are different.

Question sir , when you set the minimum pressure , I set the pressure to the second regulator which is the lower bar ? I would think I go by the second reg which is the lower bar .
Yes always use the pressure off the second regulator as your minimum, this is the pressure at which your shot is fired. The first regulator is only there to pre reduce the bottle pressure to ensure the second regulator can work more consistent
It depends on what place you put it , if you use it as a bottle gauge yes you set it to 250 , if you use it as a regulator gauge you set it to that given pressure
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired! Got 2 25mm gauges, but came with the 28mm charges so I can’t charge them. I have tried emailing Sekhmet 5 times now ! No response, tried calling them ! No response! Very disappointed to say the least!
On the regulator side you won’t see much except for shotcount/pressure and maybe air use per shot . The gauges are very accurate and show separations in 1 bar
Hi I have one of these gauges and after using it for a couple of months it is stuck showing 49 bar and will not return to zero I have tried plugging it in but that just recharges it and the menus all work but it will not return to zero , so I placed it back in the box one year later it still has 60% battery charge so god only knows how long it will take to actually deplete the battery and even then I don’t know if it will reset it self , I have contacted the company a couple of times never had a reply and I don’t want to spend $25 buying a cable with no guarantee it will work these are not cheap gauges and the company needs to help people fix this problem, I have also heard of others who have had the same problem , has anyone managed to solve this?
Hi , sorry to hear you have trouble with the gauge . They aren’t cheap indeed and should work fine . But as everything software related glitches can occur I am afraid. Now there was someone that contacted me with a different problem but there is a way to reset the gauge manually. Normally if you shortcircuit the left top and left bottom pin of the charging port the gauge should reset itself ( stated in the manual ) you can use a small piece of wire or metal object
@@Airbuks Hi and thanks for getting back, I have just tried using a couple of metal pieces of metal also 2 pieces of copper wire which I still can’t get it to short Circuit so is there some I need to do right to short it out? Thanks G.
On the smaller gauge the temperature setting is included in the software, the bigger gauge I used seems to have a previous software version but the sensor is on the circuit board
@@Airbuks The Current software I believe is ver. 5.5B as I just received my 4th gauge yesterday and that is the ver #, just like yours. The temperature reading would be very handy for tuning. Will be very excited to discover how to activate it.
What do you mean ? The menu is exactly the same 🤷♂️ in the video I have shown both . If you want to see more I installed both sizes on my M3 in a different video 😉
Hi , on the crown you can only fit the 25mm as they have to fit into the openings of the stock . You have to check your local retailers but I guess about 100$ for one gauge
@@dellroymyles5258 I think the smaller size will fit , I have the smaller one on my crown but that sits in a GRS stock . But I guess if it will fit there it will also fit the saber chassis
It has something to do with frame rate , if I adjust my frame rate to stop the oled from flickering then I get flickering on the lights I illuminate my table with . It has something to do with different spots in the world , and light waves are behaving different
@@jacopienaar9157 most important to me is the regulator gauge , if you want the fancy features like shotcount etc I would replace the bottle one aswel . The one for the first regulator isn’t that important

Mine still work fine never had any trouble with them, but they know there are some people out there having issues with them 😣 they have a new customer service and are having a program where you can send your gauge in for replacement .
