More people needs to know about these, also lady butterfly growls at you if you miss the death blow and genichiro just has different ways of growling at you. true monk does a hurt sfx and regains all her health back lol
Not a native speaker, but seems to me like he's saying "野郎 .."(bastard), which would personally fit a bit better. The second line seems to be correct. As for why the lines stay the same between languages, my take is that (at least in the English version), only rare in-battle dialogue is translated, grunts aren't. Maybe these lines were in the same 'grunts' folder so they weren't translated? I don't know, just my opinion.

I searched for "sekiro why owl disappeared after death" and it led me to this video. Can anyone explain why Owl disappeared after death? He is human, right? Isshin, Emma, and Genichiro don't disappear when you kill them. So why Owl does?
I'm not really sure but 3 years ago, he faked his death remember in hirata estate? And when you finally kill him, sekiro say the death of a shadow, you taught me well. Since, he's a shadow ergo he disappeared. Just my theory, lol.
@@aziz2181 The guantlets are soo fun tho, try practicing using reflection of strength, it is so satisfying to beat all those bosses in a row and you get a badass skin at the end, I wouldn't advise doing mortal journey tho unless ur really into it
Dont think he does, I practiced with him quite a lot so there have been a lot of instances where I missed the deathblow on purpose and never heard anything in English
It's not a mod. I take it as you didn't play the game? There's an finishing blow to a few of the bosses and everything is slow-mo during it. Apart from the first boss, every other boss recovers if you don't finish them.
