@@icriinside9305 i think they are referring to this mod in particular because it has some janky moves that cannot be properly translated in Sekiro's combat system. In his own game Gael is pretty much perfect, no bullshit attacks there.
I don't get why it is such a big deal to move from console to PC or PC to console. I started from mobile, the lowest of the lows and now I play all platforms just like it's nothing.
@@martinf754Sound mods in Sekiro are quite problematic to combine, though. After traveling through the forums, I found out that it is fashionable to make it a program for sound mods of Dark Souls 3. The only problem is that you need to listen to all the files to find out which file needs to be replaced.(I combined the mod for the female voice of Sekiro and Hello Medok Suisei, about 90% I succeeded (although sometimes there was a vanilla voice of Sekiro)) There were almost no problems with other types of mods) except that the mod for Kuro’s summon removed the texture of the mountain, which leads to headless)
It also shows how much the Souls combat has changed/evolved over the years. DS1 bosses feel like you are playing in slow motion and almsot like a turn based game at times compared to DS3 and Elden Ring.
@@kwedl Unfortunately, Caster gameplay has remained relatively unchanged since Demon's Souls release. Hopefully Casters will finally be updated with the potentially upcoming Spellbound game. Outside of spells, Casters have been entirely disappointing since DS3 and Elden Ring.
I think some of the animations are from owl too, like the deflect and jumping back, so it makes sense. Still, amazing they were able to put Gael into like Owl's skeleton
Hey ONGBAL, have you thought about using the mod "Deflect Impact" which increases screen vibration on normal deflects? I love using it, and I think it would look great with these modded bosses since you're deflecting giant greatswords and all.

You can imagine a Dark Souls boss finding out Sekiro in a room and then they realize he’s not running away, rolling or rushing but he’s just standing there waiting the first attack and then the boss realize he’ll not flinch because “Hesitation is defeat”. Good lord…
This fight really showcases just how badass your skills are and that you don't just memorise fights. The RNG in the 3rd phase is awful and you handled it so smoothly.
In Kingdom Hearts there is something called The Cavern of Rememberence. It was an area that allowed you to rematch a certain group of villains. With these mods, I was thinking that either Sekiro 2(if it happens) or someone in the mod community does this, but with famous/infamous fights in the Souls series. Here are some ideas: 1. False King Allant 2. Malenia 3. Gascoigne 4. Lady Maria 5. Gael 6. Artorias 7. Pontiff 8. Gehrman 9. Radagon 10. Maybe Margit or Margot? 11. Sir Alonne 12. Ornstein 13. Fume Knight And so on. You guys get the idea.
My favorite ds boss and my favorite souls game combined! This looks like a combination of DoH and GA with a sprinkle of second phase Isshin. Really cool mod👍

I really like how the camera stays on Gael when he’s up in the air. I think that could fix a lot of camera issues when it comes to fromsoft bosses with janky cameras
That's it. Getting a PC. I've played ds3 10 times just to fight gael each and every single time. Hell I mastered first phase to no hit run it. And Sekiro was my first fromsoft game. I must fight him as wolf! My only gripe is I'd have to platinum Sekiro a third time to regain the power I have on my console file 😭

Imagine this in Elden Ring. I so hoped for Sekiro-like combat. I got bored of rolling away and deflecting with the same animation in about 8 hours and never thouched the game again xD Sekri however I come back to over and over again.
We need a sekiro sequel so bad! I want to see fromsoft evolve this combat system and give us some new beautifully polished and cinematic bosses to go with it. Sekiro and it’s combat system is too much of a masterpiece to never visit again. It would be a tragedy of the highest order. I need it in my life.
I gotta say, the thrust attack he does in Phase 2 and 3 should have a little more delay because it looks like the Mikiri counter skips a few frames, also I think the spinning attack that sends Sekiro reeling backwards in Phase 3 makes the camera get all wonky which is weird. That and the cape is stiff as hell, but I know that's extremely hard to fix. other than that, this is probably the best modded boss in any Souls game ever, even if it's entirely ported from DS3
