Bro Sekiro never gets old like i can watch people speedrun sekiro and people fight every boss normally and still enjoy every video just because its Sekiro! Beautiful Game!
Never gets old to play either. I recently did another playthrough after not touching it for like a year and a half, and it was amazing how fast the muscle memory kicked in. Even with the Kuro's Charm and Bell Demon debuffs, on NG+7, it's still so much goddamn fun. Nothing in Soulsborne feels quite as badass as perfectly deflecting an entire combo from Isshin.
Damn that was so impressive!! really I admire you ongbal and the way you playing Sekiro is no less than perfection, I’m learning a lot from you! Keep the great work up🤞
@@EclipseWael I think you didn't get it. those war cry and most of characters sound effect are still made by JP voice actors. You can hear the difference, that it's definately not from EN voice actors
I know it would be quite strange for Sekiro to mikiri counter a giant spear of a guy on a horse but man, from the first time that saw that spear thrust and realized it wasn't mikiri counterable i always hoped that someone could apply the mechanic here. And the most insane thing is that the modder create the animation himself! Thank you modders for keeping this game always fun and refreshing and thank you Ongbal for showcasing alway with a perfect performance
I really appreciate switching to English for this guy. Normally you play with JP voices but Gyoubu's English Voice Actor blew it out of the stratosphere. Man put his entire fucking SOUL onto that scream. Dude probably strained his vocal cords, and if so, he should be proud. Gyoubu's VA alone is a solid reason to have EN dubs on.
Gyobu finally gets the modding attention he deserves! Would be cool if there was a mod where you knock him off the horse and gets a third phase as a superpowered Seven Spears Samurai general
well it would be actually really easy to mod, the problem is that how you would make the fase transition, so sadly for a long while we arent going to have horseless gyobu. but maybe we can have a horseless gyobu as reflection of strength, since the memory fight is with gyobu, not with the horse so ye
0:41 "YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!" Gyoubu fucking LOVES his cross-spear, and he wants everyone to know it. I knew I couldn't be the only one who always changes the voice acting to english for gyoubu.
After trying other different overhaul mods, I'd say Resurrection has been the most consistent and balanced mod that changes the game while sticking to the original base game. The enemies/bosses aren't too highly aggressive, just enough and for you to still find easy openings and time to strike back using your sword/tools. Discord is also nicely active. I'd highly recommend this mod after finishing the game a few times.
adds new enemies to the various maps. New decorations, new mini bosses, for example a few new elite enemies scattered throughout the first main zones. Can see tengu is shin take out enemy shining too after leaving the temple. Some bosses get an added red eye phase making them go into a temporary berserk phase.
Never thought I'd say this, but with that beefy slam down on that massive spear, Sekiro has at last met Medal Gear Rising in terms of sheer badassery / full on absurdity.
B e a u t i f u l to know that Sekiro can finally give Gyoubu's spear some well-deserved foot love too. Very nice. 😎 So, when will get a mod for the Divine Dragon where you can perform a Mikiri on its Moonlight Shichishito when it does its colossal thrust attack? 😏
I assumed you could've always done this but most players either A. Don't have mikiri unlocked at this point Or B. Burst him down in NG+ faster than he can do anything
Loved how you kept English dub for Gyobu's iconic entrance. Was trying to sleep but sat back up from the adrenaline rush of the fight. His moves, music, parries...everything perfect! Awesome as always 👏
Whenever i see Sekiro gameplay again i always wonder why they didn't use the dynamic camera distance for Elden Ring. But for some reason you are not allowed to bring this up anywhere especially on Reddit because apparently it "takes control away from you". Yeah the camera perfectly adjusting to enemy/boss size or even for AOE attacks totally took control away from me in Sekiro, sure.
