Selection of Security Controls - RMF Step 3

So if understood well, it means FIPS 199, 200 and NIST SP 800-30, and 800-53 rev are the ones used for Selection of Security Controls?

Question. I know FIPS 200 is a minimum security control document. But why is it needed if we have 800-53 that already gives us 3 baselines??

From the 10;41 minutes, If I understand very well it means if the security control family which is used is ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, and if the impact level is LOW OR MODERATE OR HIGH, then I would have to add security enhancements to the security control chosen ( which is ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT). Another question: so how do I which enhancement to use? I mean what is enhancement (1), (2). etc. Is there a list where the meaning of numbers are described?
