Despite completing years in jail following the 2020 Delhi riots linked to CAA-NRC protests, their release remains elusive. The families urge immediate action, arguing that the continued incarceration of these activists reflects a troubling inconsistency in the justice system.

Law has always been easy on rich and harsh on poor. Law was implemented for this purpose only. It may have been given a shine of being equal and faithful, but the law is truly blindfolded when it is needed. In case of Arnab court opened on Sunday and granted him bail, where as those who are only accused have not seen such Sunday for 4 years or more. People in power, people with money and peopel with agenda never go to jail,, u can check history..

The credibility of democracy boils down to the credibility of the judiciary. There is no denying the fact that the credibility and consistency of the judiciary leaves a lot to be desired. It must not be allowed to be tainted by the slightest trace of inconsistency. The problem is when the head is functioning to the fullest some organs show certain signs and symptoms of malfunction. This should be addressed.

Pl work hard to make it a National issue, along with the Opposition Parties, to rid the country of injustice & draconian laws. Why does not the Supreme Court take cognisance of such injustice, and save the country from slipping into civil war. How long, does one think, the oppressed will not retaliate? Mohandas Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru allowed them, who demanded separate homeland for themselves and achieved it with brutal violence against all other communities not only with equal rights but also with special rights as religious minorities. Those Pakistanis always treated as first class citizens through Haz Subsidy, Madrasa Education, Wakf Board, Sariya Law whereas all other communities, who are true Indians, always treated as second class citizens .
