Her voice has been fine for her first three era but because the last era, the Stars Dance era was more dance oriented and she choose to be more active during her performances so her vocals sometimes suffered because she moved a lot. Same, I've had Revival on repeat since it came out on Friday. There are so many brilliant songs.

I am aware of that, but unfortunately that is not the main reason. Selena is and always has been one of my favorites, but the strength and loudness of her voice has always been done with a certain amount of auto tuning. That doesn't mean she has a bad voice, she has a good voice otherwise.

To all her live shows she is almost every time lip syncing and when she isn't, there is always some auto tune playing on the playback while she is performing to help her sing the song better, and most of the times she sings live she is either murmuring or trying sooooo hard to hit the notes right and not sound awful. She doesn't sound horrible bc she's worked her voice out for over 6 years but she has no natural talent! when your voice is beautiful naturally, it always sounds nice and you don't have to try too hard to make it sound nice, it comes naturally. Ed sheeran, for example, is naturally talented. He can sing whatever he wishes and ALWAYS, ALWAYS sing it beautifully without even trying.
