The sad thing is, for me this isn’t about another person it’s about myself. My depressions getting worse again and I hate fighting myself. Putting on a face for my boyfriend/family is getting so hard. I keep trying to go back to the person I was. Happy, carefree, and wanting life. I’m so lonely even though I get hugged and kissed everyday. Idk how to help myself anymore. I miss myself…
I'm sorry to hear that. I can't say I understand what you're feeling but I do hope you'll be doing okay someday very soon. If you are going through something, please try to talk to someone about it. Sometimes we feel we can handle everything all alone but when it's too hard to handle seeking help from someone isn't bad. Maybe they can't help you with your problem but you'll feel better to know that you have someone by your side to help you get through whatever you are feeling. Please Take care :-)

I took a clinical depression test today the same one I took a year ago and I got double the scores. It’s the nights that worry me the most. I drink just to go to sleep. And even then I’m up at 5am going to wake up at 1 not wanting to face the day. Your a very kind soul and Idk if this means anything to you but thank you and plur. You’ve gotten my respect. And you deserve others 💕

I had a terrible breakup in 2019 when he ghosted me after a 3 years of relationship because “the feeling is not there anymore”. It caused a terrible breakdown of my life where i was diagnosed with major clincal depression n even had to take medicines to control my depression. Had few suicide attempts. Was able to stand up till he decided to comeback after 1 year n left again after the next 1 month which caused multiple hospitalisation and isolations for me. It got worst. Had to add few more drugs. Diagnosed w schizoph and bipolar disorder.. fought myself the hardest till i finally can stand up again n he texted me again last month.. ❤️ pray for me. Because everytime he comes back, it makes my life harder to forget
I am saddened that anyone has to go through this but always remember to put your well being above ANYTHING, no matter how much you love or care for another person and how difficult it is to let go. Understand that this pattern of him coming back and leaving is toxic and tell yourself you deserve so much more than someone who’s always confused and keeps torturing you emotionally. I trust and believe that if you have come this far, you can definitely come out healthy and whole from the other side if you decide to put yourself first for once. These problems that you faced emotionally and mentally and all the hurt you been through, acknowledge it and tell yourself "I am not going to put myself through this again" and keep moving forward. He's toxic. Make yourself this strong that the next time when he comes back you could finally let him go without any problem. Tell him that you don't like him and you don't even want him else he'll abuse you mentally the way he did and it'll get really difficult for you to forget him.
