oh my goodness, this video makes me want to cry...i was at this concert...and was in the 3rd grade. I have been a huge fan of hers since I was a little girl....It was because of her that I have always continued to sing since I was small....she was such a beautiful inspiration and example for all latina women....
@@LVideoEffects sounded like she was about to sing Baila Esta Cumbia before the vid ended. @Mrs. P's Reverie , not just Latino girls. I'm asian and I was in engineering school in Boston MA area when I listened to her music in 1994/95 while studying. I know zero Spanish but love her music everyday to this day. When I get discourage with my work, I listened to Selena to give me hope that "believe that every impossible is possible". 🙃 God bless.
Minute 6:09 what an incredible, versatile, and unique voice. Such a textured voice. That's just that. Add to the mix her charisma, sense of humor, dance skills, visionary fashion style and beauty. A natural beauty. LOVE LOVE LOVE her. She was going to do GREAT things. For the Latino community, things would have been very different if she wouldn't have died. And I'm serious... Not only in the entertainment industry, in life in general. Maybe Anglos would have accepted our cultures much much earlier. IDK.
Love this outfit, i would wear this today! All her stage outfits were timeless. Such a beautiful woman with an incredible body, fashion sense and voice. Just a genuine human being! We miss you, Selena 💜🎤
@@victorc5390 You’re right, yes she did. I was trying to figure out which concert that was. Only Selena could rock a white T-shirt. That was a concert, where a lot of people came up on stage and gave her a kiss
This video just trips me out with a little sadness.. knowing this is just a memory.. I love you Selena .. we know you’d be winning some more of them Grammys !!!
That lady wearing white in the background flipping her hair, giving her back to Selena talking though her performance needs to get off the stage immediately..... idk what shes even doing up there she ain't part of the show..... Like Move...tryna distract......who is she the tia?

This was in McAllen Tx at Municipal Park when they used to have awesome concerts there with live bands, fajita cookoffs and carshows!! I was there at that concert. I was 17 years old will never forget that day!! Thank you for posting this video great memories!!
I think she was like 16 it was a little place I had to walk over the stage to get to the restaurant and every time I came flying out of that restroom over the stage I would start dancing with her so the way she was shaking it drew me in
Watching this I feel frustrated along with her.the mic feed wasnt sounding correct cause the wind and her hair kept getting blown in her face,so they gave her a rubber band and a cap, while she was singing her a$$ off,. No time to set the mic down and pull her hair back. Could somebody get her a freakin mic stand!
It was the park that used to hold the 4th of July celebrations and concerts every year. I can picture it but was too young to remember know the name of the park or location. Totally going on a hunch but the park by Quince and 10th comes to mind...don't quote me on that lol
@@selenaquintanillagb3216 I was there at this concert I was 17yrs old and so excited to see Selena that day. This was in 1994 at Municipal Park in McAllen Tx. This was part of the Fajita cookoff and carshows the Park would host along with concerts. They had audio difficulties and people started throwing bottles at the stage concert was stopped.
@@SandraHernandez-mx1dl was this when they were throwing beer cans at Selena and jeering at her body? Disgusting people. I remember hearing this would happen when she performed in Galveston or something.
