Anton walks us through the formation of Spin Master Ltd., from its humble beginnings in a friend's living room to its current form as a corporate global leader.
Anton Rabie serves as Chairman and Co-CEO of Spin Master Ltd. His inspirational leadership, insight and strategic vision have been essential in taking Spin Master from a small start up and transforming it into the success it is today. Anton has been instrumental in nurturing and developing Spin Master’s European presence and as a past member of the Supplier Council of the world’s top retailers, he has worked directly with over 10,000 retailers to build Spin Master’s North American and International sales network as it exists today.

Self Awareness Task List: 1) Pick 5 people and ask them what your unique ability is (what do you think I do better than everyone else?) 2) Think about the things that came to you with great ease in life (These are your strengths) 3) Think about the things that are very difficult to you (These are your weaknesses) 4) Perform a "360" by asking for anonymous feedback of your soft skills Influence Task List: 1) Understand as much as you can about a person. Get to know their personality. Gather information. 2) Questions. "The person who's asking questions is in control". 3) Go Face to Face and shake hands. Partnerships: 1) Find people who have totally opposite skills with alignment on values and end-goal 2) "Do you want to spend a whole weekend with this person?" 3) Keep an open mind and open heart in order to make good decisions. 4) Look at their track record 5) Align your interests with them, financially and based out of respect

It’s my ability to see myself clearly. It’s a part of my emotional intelligence that enables me to see what’s going on inside my mind and feelings. It’s the time myself to become aware of my own behavior towards other people and towards myself also.
