Hey Sam so glad you have been working out it's been truly great to see you work on yourself! :) as far as your feet go look into your posture. Your normal posture may be putting too much pressure on your knees and then your shoes aren't helping. Making your back and hips align is key! Especially working out, having great posture is everything for reducing the chance of muscle imbalances! I know you didn't ask for this but I truly believe health is wealth and I want you to have great health! ☺️ I have a video on my channel about posture hope it helps 🫶
