Girl, the person who told you that your lashes looked ugly or made you look ugly…..she was probably insecure about herself, jealous of how beautiful you look, and wanted to take it out on you by commenting about how you looked out of jealousy. Unfortunately even friends can do things like that, and as much as we love our friends…..we gotta keep an eye out for the ones who might make some rude asf comments about how we look, but they’re most likely doing it out of jealousy especially if they try to deny it and say “I was joking.” That’s a major friendship red flag.
