I wanted to come on here to thank you SO MUCH for doing these types of videos, and chatting about rest, about real self care, about not feeling good - and it being ok. you've been an inspiration for me since 2016, and honestly I take all your videos and content as a friend talk, and I can't even BEGIN to thank you for this one, bc I needed so much to hear that I need other types of rest, instead of only sleeping, which is a habit I've created/suffered from bc of hypothyroidism... ❤️ thank you Lindsey, immensely, thank you so much!

I havent given myself a self care day in a whiiiie and I definitely have noticed my mental health declining!! It's something I forget to do and I dont realize it until it's bad but this is a good reminder!!

I have a very similar flower tattoo on the same spot on my arm and I try to put some extra sunscreen on that area if I know it's gonna be exposed. My tattoo artist told me it helps keep it vibrant for longer! :)
