What an amazing healthy morning routine you have for the mind and body! I’m happy you pointed out about dressing up for yourself. I’ve started a job where I have to wear a uniform and felt myself get lost in the fact that what I wear impacts me more than I thought it does. I’m sure a lot of people can relate that a lot of your identity and self love is also in what you choose to wear!

Hi Jenny , I agree ! We should wear what’s make us happy and feel good about our body , I gain about 12 pounds over the holidays and got sick for a month that I couldn’t workout 😞 Now that I’m feeling better I will get back to where I was😊but I’m doing it on my pace 😃great video 👍🏼
