Love your videos, and I’ve seen a few of your bath time routines were you use both Magnesium flakes and Epsom Salts in your bath. I wanted to let you know in case you weren’t aware, those are both very similar products, they are two forms of magnesium. The magnesium flakes are likely magnesium chloride while the Epsom salts are magnesium sulphate. You don’t really need to use both. The magnesium chloride is a version of magnesium that is better absorbed through the skin, so that is the better option to use, but they both have the same effect of muscle relaxation, improved sleep and digestion. It’s like how table salt and sea salt are both salt, one is just saltier tasting, and you wouldn’t use both types of salt in a recipe, one is enough. Hope this helps, if nothing else to save a few bucks because you can just stick to one product instead of buying and using both.
