those pimples are just something natural that everyone’s skin goes through. And your skin is really good looking 👀 so keep doing your skincare routine. And dont put too much much stuff on it or they might get worse. Hope that helps ❤❤

instead of brushing, try using a wide tooth comb, use a cream-based product and then a light oil, braid it to dry or diffuse! you don't have to have curly hair to diffuse, a diffuser literally separates the airflow so its wider and can cover more surface area in a less direct-heat way (sorry im bad at explaining) this is kinda a curly girl method (also with products less is more! I noticed you used a lot of hair mask in the shower, maybe cut the amount in half and comb in through with your finders, product buildup is a big contributor to friz) this is from one natural curly gal!
Girl, I’ve struggled with the same thing that you have struggled with and honestly I know this is a very expensive purchase, but I bought the Dyson blow dryer and it has changed my hair like it might be poofy once you’re done doing it sometimes but in the morning I swear your hair is gonna be so flat and it doesn’t get heat damaged if you use heat protection
I had really bad wisdom tooth pain back in like November through January, turns out my bottom two wisdom teeth were impacted (the ones that were hurting). It was 10/10 life altering pain and it was so horrible, it would make like my entire face hurt. Worst pain I've ever been in, but my dentist was AMAZING and I literally didn't have ANY pain after they were out, I was so so lucky. I had all four of my wisdom teeth taken out. The worst part was getting home and taking the gauze out of my mouth, but other than that I healed super well! I was also scared of dry socket but luckily I never got it, I'm glad you're doing better!
Meli your vlogs are too too too aesthetic and relaxing and I really really can't wait to watch this vlog you are my inspiration and I wish you have a lovely weekend💖💖😭

Curious if you hold your phone on that side of your face? I tend to do that and it can make me break out. Product suggestion…the balanceme congested skin serum is amazing for pimples. It either dries them up or quickly draws out what’s in them. Amazon has it and it’s a godsend❤

I have some tips but it doesn’t work for everyone but u can try it❤️ 1.Avoid terry cloth towels for your hair. ... 2.Dry using an air dryer, hood dryer, or diffuser. ... 3.Wash your hair 2-3 times a week. ... 4.Steer clear of long, hot showers. ... 5.Get a good haircut. ... 6.Use a moisturizing conditioner. SORRY IF IT DOESNT WORK IT WORKS FOR ME SO (Edit: if u wanna not use cloth towels u can buy a satin one and it might work for u❤️hope this help)
I have curly hair. I don't do full on curly girl method because frankly I don't believe you can wash your hair with conditioner. IMO it needs shampoo to get the dirt, pollution and excess scalp oil out. That said, the part about avoiding silicones is sound. They're bad, it's coating your hair with plastic, meaning conditioning agents can't get to it so it gradually dries out more and more as the layers of silicone build up. Silicone is often used in curly hair products as an aid to detangling, but if your hair isn't a dried out, weighed down with coating, frizzy hot mess, then it won't be difficult to detangle anyway. If you have silicone in your products you will definitely need a shampoo with sulfates in to remove it. That's most shampoos. Watch out for silicone in the shampoo too, a lot of them have it. I use Alberto Balsam Apple Shampoo, a cheapie which doesn't. You can get products that are not-quite-a-shampoo which your hair may prefer, but these are for when you're certain you have no silicones in any of your products. If you want to try one I recommend Maui brand, I use the watermelon one. As a general rule any word ending in cone, conal or xane is a silicone, but there are others so you'll have to check out each ingredient if you want to use a sulfate-free 'shampoo'. Watch out for companies changing the formula of their products too. You may need to layer products to get a frizz-free finish. I use mousse followed by curl cream, unless I'm oiling my hair then it's oil followed by mousse. Olive or almond oil is fine you don't need fancy ones, you can drop a few drops of essential oils into a small amount of base oil in your palm, rub together then apply to hair. The essential oils are for the smell, it's optional. The oiling is for when it gets too dry, which is when it tends to get the most frizzy and unruly. When it comes to styling products, you have to use enough. So many people don't and that's why the products don't work for them. You have long hair, you may need a grapefruit sized ball of mousse. To get a good curl some people need to put the products onto totally wet hair. Personally I find damp hair is fine. To avoid breaking the hair, only use a wide-toothed comb to detangle when it has conditioner in it, once again to comb through your styling products and don't comb or brush your hair at any other time. Depending on humidity where you live, daily activities you take part in and how perfect you want your hair to look, you may need to wash it and restyle it daily. If you use a hairdryer you need one with a diffuser attachment on it, no diffuser means you'll get frizz. Tip your head upside down, use the diffuser bowl to scoop up a section of hair and push it up to the roots, hold for a few seconds, repeat all over your head again and again, until hair is 80% dry then air dry the rest of the way. Don't use the most powerful setting or the hottest heat, both will cause frizz. Do make the last few minutes of drying, before you allow it to finish naturally, with the hairdryer on the coolest setting, this sets the curl so it doesn't drop out. I hope this information is of some use to you 😊
Just don’t put anything on it not even makeup no skincare but if there instructions and the instructions are healthy then it is fine trust me it worked before on me
