(From my aunt who’s a therapist) If your worried about how others think of you just remind yourself that everyday you shouldn’t care about others, you shouldn’t care about how they are feeling all the time, you shouldn’t care about what they say about you. Every morning you need to go to a mirror and look yourself dead in the eyes and think of ways for YOU to be a better person, think of ways YOU can improve. Just think about YOU.❤️
