(I have a LONG way to go) So my favorite thing about your videos is when you show how you make your meals.(EVERYTHING YOU MAKE LOOKS BOMB) I was wondering if its possible for you to do a video that shows what you buy at the grocery store for people just beginning their healthy lifestyle. That's my biggest setback when it comes to getting started. I dunno what to buy! I just get a bunch of random shit that looks healthy lol So a video for beginners and everything I need to start this journey would be amazing!! Hey love, I’ve been watching you for years and I would suggest watching some beauty girlies on tik tok on how to properly wash and hair mask and condition your hair. I notice that the way you rub it in and don’t allow every piece of hair to be saturated in water and the masks etc is preventing results. Also combing the product in will help you more etc.

You take your dogs for dental clean ups? my poodle 13 yrs old we never took him and we had to pay like 400 because he needed a deep clean and teeth removed my boy had a whole infection smh his face got swollen that’s how it started 😩 and we took him to the vet
