You are so blessed to have the perfect dream bathroom..its so spacious, and bright. Im sure it enhances your self care time.. Im always amazed at how early you have blooming roses, and outdoors wearing tank tops, and enjoying the weather. Here in Washington everything's just getting green leaves, no flowers other than the beginning of lilacs starting to open up, and classic spring primroses, and pansies. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us.

Welcome to the Heather Robertson Club! I used to go to the gym regularly until they were closed 2 years ago. I found Heather's channel about 1.5 years ago and it has been great. I like how she isn't too enthusiastic and loud but encouraging. I don't need a lot of woohoos, just good form and technique.

Hi Rachel! I just found your vlogs a few months ago so I’ve been back tracking on them. I absolutely love your vlog style and the chill vibe you give. I actually found you from watching Melanie’s vlogs and lovely memorial video. That was so generous of your family to share, thank you. She was so sweet and I am happy you will be there for her kids and your brother. Loss is never easy. I am older than you and Melanie but I love learning new things and ways to do stuff DIY. I don’t comment too often I just wanted to thank you because your vlogs have been bringing me peaceful and tranquil moments in my life. I lost two family members in the past year and a half so I know you understand how positivity at times like this is so important to mental health. Such a lovely, calm video, which is just what I needed today. Heather Robertson is wonderful! I'd also recommend Sydney Cummings, and I've also just discovered Juliette Wooten. All three offer really fantastic workouts with an emphasis on strength training. On another note, your skin looks amazing. I really need to start integrating dry brushing into my routine, so thank you for all of the information you've shared about it.

Dry brushing causes micro tears in your skin and over time will lead to ageing and pigmentation. Direct steaming like that is also bad for the skin. Especially skin of colour. Do not do both those things if you are a person of colour !
