This is something I'm working on with myself and my 4 kids... humbling to GOD's word and will through the examples Our Savior Jesus Christ brought to us. . . Will you do a video on encouraging children to be more humble and obedient to their callings, so they are not missing out on all the beautiful things THE LORD JESUS has in store for them?! I try to encourage my children to solve ALL of their issues through CHRIST, of course the LORD is helping me to help them, too, but I'm having trouble getting them to even want to listen to me... I'm a very long winded person, see, but, I am a good listener, too. I only pray I listen to CHRIST more than I talk. This is the self control issue the LORD is putting before me so we can get me better control over my mouth and I still have some obedience issues at times, especially if I perceived I'm being treated badly, so I'm working on it. I don't want my children to fall by the way side because I focus so hard on things sometimes that I have to make sure other things are not escaping my attention. . . You are very straight to the point and on point, Girl! Sister in Christ, I would love it if the LORD helped me in this way through one of your videos. GOD BLESS YOU and MUCH LOVE.

great video! the biblical ideas of what it means to live, like "dying to self", or "denying one's self" is completely against what the world tells us is healthy or good. The World tells us over and over that our identity and self worth is found in our earthly fortune, fame and pleasures. Unfortunately, this doesn't keep us content or happy for very long, does it? It's only once we surrender to Christ that we begin to understand the freedom that comes from "dying to self". It's amazing isn't , it?!! :)

I'm just coming to the realization that dying to self is not optional, nor did God stick in there a bunch of times just because. Also, seeing how my Self can get in the way of me seeking God, and wanting His will for my life. I was just on your blog. I never knew you wrote books, awesome. I haven't been saved very long, but I know one day I will say I've read the complete bible. Have you read the whole bible? And, does it stay fresh for you, or does it seems it feel stale sometimes?
+Nicole Slade Yes & amen that dying to self is not optional.....not easy, but not optional. :) Yes, I've read the entire Bible, and I continue to study it over and over. It does stay fresh because the Word itself is alive and active. I love it because you can read the same book of the Bible several times and gain a deeper understanding each time. It never gets old. I love that you desire to read it in its entirety. You will surely be blessed!

Well I certainly for sure felt my flesh wiggle as I died to self some more just listening to the "self" teaching under the anointing.. we are to examine ourselves in the Word of grace. So thanks Kim, I died some more today...love to you for your labor and faithfulness.

You know... you give some great self help classes of how Women are conduct themselves but, I must say. You be going off Sis. Jesus is NOT God in the Flesh. Jesus is the SON of God made in His likeness. ( This is not up for debate. Just being honest. )
I cannot find the scripture that states "His thoughts becoming my thought." I've read it somewhere but now I can't find it. I just knew you where going to mention it but you didn't. Can you or anyone help?
