Yess.. Bt site pe concrete unloading se phle bhi test krte h.. Kyuki agar flow km rha to compaction achese nhi hoga jisse honeycombing aur surface finishing ka issue ho skta h... Isliye site pe bhi test krna mandatory h...
For example. If you have a conjusted reinforcement in structure where you couldn't initiate vibrator due to less gap between two bars.. Then this type of flow concrete is used... And minimum flow is required to fill the structure and before pouring concrete this test is conducted to get the actual flow of concrete... If it doesn't meet the minimum flow required we can do redosing with admixture and get desired flow... If we pour without flow test and doesn't meet the requirements may create honeycombing in structure and the structure may need to demolish.
There are more test which are conducted for self compacting concrete. This test is carried out for only self compacting concrete where we don't need to vibrate the concrete for compaction. @@ravibata9850 no effect because we need to considered all parameters while preparing mix design parameters such as w/c ratio. Min.cement content. Maximum size of aggregate. Flow required and retention required. Using high range PCE admixture etc... .. . . . I will post all civil related in this channel.
