Okay coming out of that video was like I just done the most calming meditation iv even managed and I learnt, that is talent and has helped during these crazy times xx so thank you 😊
That is incredible!! I am so glad you managed to sink into a calm place. I'm gonna be making more of these and the focus is always gonna be to help people achieve meditation. IT WORKED! 😁
This was somehow just what I needed right now. I was having a breakdown. I felt like I lived a thousand lives in a moment. I lost myself. And the world along with it. Everything went away. And it was as if everything just... Wasn't the way I thought it was. I was caught up in something wicked and cruel and this... This let me breathe. Thank you. Thank you so much.
I am so, so glad. It sounds like you've experienced a brief moment of presence, which is ultimately my purpose in these videos. I hope you have more experiences like that! Stay strong ♥️
Didn't think I needed this video but turns out I needed this video. I really hope this won't be the last video like this that you make bc damn you really managed to bring this home and I think you should keep that up! This was soothing and educational at the same time. Had my full attention (and I clicked this thinking 'alright one last quick video'). Other than that, hope you have a great day!
Wow... this is beautiful. I've had a really rough day and this is exactly what I needed. Thank you, Luke. Please know that what you make, makes a difference, makes the world a better place. Cezanne would be proud I'm sure.
Honestly, this is amazing, not only was it beautifully delivered and designed, but we got to learn and be relaxed at the same time. To be honest, this seems like a lesson to always be who you know you are regardless of how you or others may doubt you, and I think that is fantastic.
Luke, this was so unexplainably powerful and truly wonderful. Self doubt is something that I struggle with immensely and always have done so I’ll definitely be coming back to this video when I need to, thank you for this 💖💖
My cynical brain often dismisses "inspirational" or "motivational" content, feeling that it's empty, forced and generally avoids the real points. But this video was sweet, smart, reassuring and very helpful. Thanks a lot!
Thank you Luke. I had decided to take a risk, yolo, but then it wasn't worth it and your video came at the perfect moment and it calmed me. It's a powerful and very calming video.
I'm so glad, Noah. I'm not sure what risk you took, but having the bravery to take any risk is an incredibly achievement in itself! You might not see the fruits of your labour for a while, but that shift in attitude and nobility to do what is difficult is so impressive!
I've watched you for years but rarely comment on videos, but this was really beautiful and poignant to right now. A nice break amongst the chaos. thank you :)
I love this video so much, the video is so professional and puts such a great message across - plus I think it’s the best explanation of post-Impressionism I’ve seen (not that I’m an art expert I have to admit), really well done!
I’ve literally watched this so many times and it’s it gets even better! It’s so inspiring and helpful and it’s going to help so many people, thank you for creating this❤️
i really liked this. glad youre trying new things. now i kinda want you to do a guided meditation 😆 you have a relaxing voice. hope youre staying healthy!
Guided meditation will probably be where I end up (maybe)! Someone on twitter said this too. But to begin with the focus will be helping people achieve a meditative state who haven't necessarily considered meditation before.
Are you going to add proper captions to this video? the auto ones aren't accurate and i can't understand without it due to my APD (auditory processing disorder)
