thank you all so much for the love on this video. i've been thinking a lot about how fall is the season of letting go. it is death, making space for something new. in the cycle of breath, it would be the exhale. it is only fitting that i move on from this apartment in the season of fall. i want to let go of insecurity, of scarcity mindset, of my fear that "nothing can be better than this," because, it can be better, if i just let go. what are you letting go of? Okay, this might sound random but I just HAVE to share this 😂My boyfriend didn’t have a birthday or anything, but I read somewhere that most men only get their first flowers at their funeral. So I was like... um no, I’m changing that. I got him this LEGO flower bouquet made for men. I handed it to him and said, ‘I read this and thought of you,’ and omg, he actually teared up! 😭We spent the evening building it together like a little date night, and it was so much fun. Honestly, I didn’t expect him to react like that... I think he was really touched. Anyway, it’s super cute and now it's sitting on his desk haha. Not an ad, I swear, just wanted to share because it made me so happy

I can feel the fall so much this year. I've felt relieved and exhausted almost at the same time. I'm letting go of my plans of becoming a professional artist any time soon. I can't do it right now with my job and my little son and all the colds and other sicknesses we're about to get during the colder seasons (as everyone does who has a child in childcare). I don't have the capacity for big goals right now. I just want to paint and sculpt for myself and my family. I need it purely to wind down. I'm not giving up on the dream entirely, just for now. And it feels bittersweet, but mostly sweet, as you said so yourself in this video. ❤

what am i letting go of? thats a great question i have thought about alot already. I think i would like to let go of all my stress and frustration issues and let go of it for good, ive started working through it for a very long time now and im thinking soon will be the time i finally fully let go. I will meditate and journal and say bye bye to negativity and embrace positivity and allow room for patience and kindness. i want to also embrace this season

I'm letting go of my expectations of the future. I feel that I spend the last 6 months wanting so much for the future to happen that I forgot to enjoy the present. And when things weren't going as fast as I expected as I wasn't living the present... well I was very stressed and sad. So I've been focusing more on the present and forgetting about the time flying by. You should try Ultima electrolyte powder! It’s cheaper than liquid IV. Has no sugar and the taste is amazing. They have single packs or small and large tubs of it. We add a bit of mineral salt to it as well and we love it ❤️ Just a side note. Love your videos ❤️ they’ve inspired me to try and get my art out there
