This was my first self-healing. I felt SO much gratitude & deeply heartfelt emotions when I got to my Heart chakra, my Solar Plexus and at the end with the gratitude. Is there a specific meaning behind this or is it just the intense gratitude and love I felt? This was amazing. Thank you so much for all you do.
So glad to hear that you have enjoyed your healing practices :-) During these Reiki sessions, it is quite normal to feel many deep emotional experiences, some of which may feel nice (as you experience the bliss and peace of Reiki) and at times, some can also feel a little unpleasant (as emotions and impurities are being released safely from your energy system). In this case, it sounds like you have felt the beauty and love which comes from these Higher Consciousness based Reiki energies and again, we are so happy to hear that you have enjoyed your practice. hello your videos and ebook have really helped me in alot of ways. I do have a question though. when i place my hands in some areas i.e my heart chakra it feels wonderful but other areas like my throat chakra for instance it makes me feel naseau and head aches. It subsides fairly quickly but are these blockages?
Hi Hayley. When we are giving ourselves Reiki, it is actually quite normal to feel these kinds of sensations arising within in different parts of our body. Normally, these kinds of ailments are a sign that old or stagnant energies are being released from your energy system. It is a very common teaching in Reiki that old energies, karmas, emotions or ailments will be 're-experienced' as they are being released from our energy system. This is my first day of practicing self-healing, at first I felt quite comfortable with the warmth radiating from my hands, but later on i felt like my body was powerless, it was hard to describe this state, I feel quite weak and cold, it makes me so uncomfortable that I can't focus on the rest of this process. I've read through the instructions so I know what will happens during reiki healing, and that's normal. But I'm still curious, does anyone know what's going on with me?

In Reiki, there are many kinds of internal sensations that can be felt as we do these kinds of practices. Typically, this is a wonderful sign that the Reiki healing energies are helping to bring many kinds of old, stagnant or unwanted energies to the surface so they can be safely healed, purified and released from our energy system. We understand that this can at times be a little confronting as a beginner but we can assure you here that this is truly a wonderful sign that you are making progress with your practice!! Hi Divine Blossom ... After you have completed the 21 days of self healing practices, you are welcome to simply use these energies as you wish to. For example, some people like to progress into the level 2 energies and they will then move into a new set of healing practices that are prescribed for level 2. So basically, once you have finished your 21 days of self healing practices, please feel free to call on these energies as you wish to, at any stage :-)

The audio file that we recorded came out really low volume so when we edited it, we increased it to the highest volume settings ... sorry about that. There are a full set of written instructions for the self healing practices and many more additional healing techniques in each of our free Reiki ebooks & practitioner manuals which are available for free download on our website :-)
I\'m not sure but ,if anyone else wants to discover reiki training try Trefendous Incredible Reiki Tips ( search on google ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my brother in law got excellent results with it.
