I'd appreciate some instructions on using a yoga roll for self message as well. Thanks a lot for the multiple camera shots. It helps a lot.

Love your videos! Thanks for bringing healing into the world. I came for the feet but stayed for the stretching, and actually learned something, thank you. May I request some things that I would like to see/learn in a future video: - stomach/abdominal massage - a teeth/biting massage on the feet and possibly also on the gluteus maximus
