I have to tell somebody the story that happened to me.... I like to show up for my workplace,,,,regardless of how I feel. Last winter.. I caught covid or some other virus, anyway , I was pretty good sick,,, I can barely get around,,,, but I had to go cuz they had nobody else.... I was dizzy,,,felt weird,,,anyway,,I had a 5pm to 11 shift,,,,,and the strange thing at 10 pm . My headache and dizziness and all my symptoms just vanish...my head clears and I feel fine the rest of the night...like the sickness just gives up and leaves...😁 true story.... be blessed. I get the point about self talk, mind over matter, BUT it’s a physical reality that I get suitcases under my eyes and my dark circles get darker when I don’t get enough sleep. Long term sleep deprivation reduces your immunity and other health markers. Still love the message though.
I’m not saying you are wrong but what if that is something we were indoctrinated from birth? Let’s say we are able to be fine on less sleep, wouldn’t that mean that we would get more time out of day to construct a life that’s in our conscious?
@@dennisfanning8046 I'm open minded to how much sleep is needed. Tim Ferris has some thoughts on that and how to hack less. All I know is I get puffy eyes and dark circles when I don't get enough beauty sleep!
I’ve also gone manic and psychotic quite a few times off no sleep. Tons of times I wake up early as hell and work out. Then I’m way more tired mid day when I still have to work and take care of shit so it’s not my preference. To each is own, but overall health is my primary concern

Sleep is important and rooted in science. You can’t dispute this. Ultimately it comes down to the individual and their lifestyle. The best schedule for me is to go to bed early and wake up early.
If you want a mediocre lifestyle you can have the “perfect balance” You’re never gonna be on your deathbed and say “wow I’m glad I got enough sleep” Fuck outtaaa here 😃😂😂😃
@@estebancontreras4694 You’ll be on your deathbed early with limited sleep. Good sleep sharpens your brain, improves your productivity and health. It’s like gym goers who think cardio is a waste of time. A complete misconception. There is only so much you can override your circadian clock.

But these clips of you on instagram i've been seeing flashing Bugatti's like andrew tate, is that really "less" and at all fullfilling to the soul. I've been making good money this year, and hitting the gym 6 times per week. And the wealthier i seem to get, the more foolish all this plastic, marketed, sheepish, consumer trash appears to be. Unless you use it for marketing an "image" and a tax write off haha.
4 hours every day? You said it yourself though too, you “fucked yourself up mentally” it’s proven we are just healthier people with enough sleep. I get it though, there are times I am tired as hell but have to keep going or else I will just stop performing.
