Self tapping screw for L foot 

Drive self tapping screw until roof attachment (L foot) is held firmly in place. Closer look to show the EPDM in the sealing washer expand just beyond the edge of the stainless steel washer when proper torque is applied. And don’t forget to sealant the top of screw, protect from reaction with air, and water tight.
