There's no video reviews yet on the durability and longevity of these auto converting transformers. I'm considering purchasing both Flagship Optimus Prime and pre-ordering Megatron, but before splurging that type of hard earned cash, I wanted to see if there was actual customer support for these products. In the likely case that there were any issues or needs repair after a period of time, if there are replacement parts such as servos, and if the battery is replaceable once it reaches the end of it's life. I called Robosen. No one picked up so I left a voicemail. Still haven't heard back. I emailed them also with these questions and 2 days later got a short response asking what country I live in and haven't heard anything since. It gives me pause about purchasing a rather costly product(s) and their customer support is lacking. It would be a shame since they have an inspiring product and their customer support is weak, slow, or non-existent. A company is only as good as it's customer service and support. Just wondering what everyone else's experience has been with Robosen?
