Selinexor and RICE Chemotherapy in relapsed/refractory DLBCL 

This trial is for men and women with relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), who were not cured by initial treatment with R-CHOP or a similar chemotherapy. For patients with DLBCL, second line treatment usually includes RICE chemotherapy followed by an autologous stem cell transplant. However, this is not effective in all patients. The purpose of this study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose of selinexor in combination with RICE.
