The Selkirk LUXX control air is a truly amazing paddle. Seriously. I was able to generate a ton of power with this thing and it had the spin to keep my shots inbounds. The control is also top notch. The ball will go where you want it to. My only complaint is the lack of pop at the kitchen but once you realize that you can switch to an angle and placement game and be just as effective. I've played with a lot of s tier paddles lately and this one is special.

Great paddle, purchased a month ago and my game has improved significantly, provides lots of control, enough power (unless you are a banger) and lots of spin. Highly recommended.

Does the grit coat wear off quickly? Or, do you get good paddle life at top performance?

I'm demoing one now. The grit is pretty much all worn off and I'm still getting great spin with it.
