If a beginner want's to find a paddle then they should go to the local courts and borrow, see what feels good in their hand. Then hope it isn't the expensive one.

When you put the Yanix grip did you put it as an over grip or did you takeoff the existing one,could you tell it it's a one piece construction ?into the handle?
