I spend an entire day working at the oldest baleada stand in El Progreso, Honduras. The baleada (a kind of burrito with beans, eggs, and cheese) is the most famous national food of Honduras. In episode 1 of 2, I learn the process behind preparing the flour dough and the ingredients that go into the baleada. Before we hit the streets, I make a few samples and ask my friends to rate my baleadas from a 1 to 10.
