You could outline what public domain or free image websites mean by the necessity to "substantially change" images before you can use them for commercial digital products.
I would love to be on CF but they require a website or social following to see all designs. I only have an etsy shop. So I think I need to create a portfolio. So its confusing.
Nope you don't. I have Etsy too and I only put my Etsy link and got accepted within 3 business days. All you need to do is put the last two # of your CF account on your Etsy shop announcement so they verified your account. That's all.
