Glad to hear you had a good holiday and still had some sales...like you say 'best job ever. I do chuckle at vegan 'leather' shoes which is basically plastic...pvc...!, it's what cheap shoes have always been made of but they have rebranded it as 'vegan' and then charge more for it!!!!

If you get a camelback with a manky tube fill it with water and pop a couple of denture cleaning tablets in. Leave it so that they dissolve then squeeze the bladder ( under your arm bagpipe style is easiest) and pinch the bite valve on the end so that you get the solution through the tube for a few hours or overnight. Store the empty bladder and tube in a freezer if you can

I had that issue on holiday mode last week with no banner at top of listings. Apparently it was showing on iPhone, not on android and some on laptops ect.

Have you ever had a return which has been swapped by the customer and they have returned their own faulty one ebay doesn't seem to help

Never had this happen, but always important to cover everything in your photos like serial numbers etc, just incase. eBay should have your back if you can proof it 👍🏼
