How did her sister kidnap her mother if her sister had power of attorney? That means her sister had the right to take her mother with her.

That woman is horrible. She said she moved 10 people in there to take care of her mom and is mad that her sister took her to live with her. She wasn't upset that her mom lived in a rat infested hovel and was being eaten by the rats.

Already claiming her home and she’s still alive. They won’t even have a penny to put towards her funeral but will be ready to claim that house smh! It’s sickening but my grandmother is the enabler. My wife's step monster er step mother, was given life time rights to live in her dad's home after he passed per his will. Her mentally handicapped adult brother lived there also. She was WICKED and tried to sell it out from under us and I hired and attorney and stopped it. We ended up selling it and I used the proceeds to buy her brother a small place on our property where I could over see him. Great guy, on about a 9-10 year old level.

They both money hungry but don't have no paper saying they fully own anything. That family needs help

Kidnapped? Sounds like the older sister took her mother in. It was probably easier to care for her. The Plaintiff and the Defendant are only holders of 1/5th of the house. Both of them are morons, thinking they own the WHOLE house and are in the position to charge EACH OTHER RENT😂. The mother/grandmother is going to weep when she sees this. If she's smart, she'll take the house back and use the money to better her life in her last years.

Normally, I would disagree with the judge’s suggestion that they sell the house, especially since I understand how important it is for Black people in particular to keep properties within the family, which ultimately, helps to contribute to generational wealth. But in THIS case, these people were leaving so foul, and they are so untrustworthy, that it seems the only viable option IS to sell the property, which is sad. They’re all adults, yet they still can’t work this out, and the poor mother is caught in the middle. Pathetic.

Technically he has more shares in the home if he is his mom only child and his mom is no longer her on earth. The daughter/aunt is trifling asf! She was evicted from her house so then she moved into mom’s house, (which is rightfully owns 1/5), because she had no where to go. The sister would have no reason to come “kidnapped” the mother if she thought she was capable caring for her. She has 9 kids and she clearly couldn’t keep a roof over their heads. This is a very typical story. The siblings never looked after the house they didnt care hence the rats and cockroach infestation. The nephew comes along and tries to fix the home up. All of a sudden now everyone is showing an interest.
