Thanks Caleb. Ended using a marine grade varnish from Feast Watsons. Figured it would cope with a lot of moisture. 🤙

To play that annoying voice in the back of your mind that pops up after the fact, could you have stayed in the place you were, moved your office into the van, then bought a 150m2 or so commercial space/warehouse for the business?

Not a bad option at all! I was looking into purchasing a commercial spot a few months back.. Decided a bigger family home would benefit us more. More room for kids to run around. I would still love to purchase a warehouse one day though!
