This is the season to keep the racks filled for the camping season. Keep on going and let the wood fly.

I wish I could have a stand because it makes all the sense in the world but stands never work down here. I make a little extra on partial cords. My chunky funky stuff gets set out by the road so a less fortunate family can have it. Warms my heart knowing they will be a little more comfortable and that you can’t put a price on. Fun show, thanks.

I am torn to simply given wood away, I mean the not-so-great wood. I mean, I donate wood to those in need. And I've done episodes on free wood but they pay for delivery. Bc it was my time to buchkand split the wood, so that should account for something. Maybe it's just me. And yes firewood stands can't work everywhere, but if you a spot then they should do awesome. Thanks again for watching, keep cutttin'!!

Great Video Travis! That’s awesome to sell a cords worth of wood for a thousand dollars!💵 Selling in smaller quantities versus large, is definitely the way to go. Thanks for sharing. Stay Safe, Keep Cuttin!🪵🪵🪵🪵

It isn't for everyone but it works for my operations, esp. since I still don't have a dump trailer to get/delivery wood. In time, in time. Thanks again for watching Chad, keep cutttin'!!

I though it was odd, to say the least. I brought it home and resold it in my bonfire rack, ha. Thanks again for watching Mike, keep cutttin'!!

There is definitely more money insmall quantities vs larger. Same with hay. You make more money from square bales than you do round bales

It is will most products sold. Similar to buying in bulk from the local co-op. Thanks again for watching Mike, keep cutttin'!!

Taking things one step further, just think how many bags of smoker chips are in a cord!

All very true. There's a lot of $$ is smoker wood, esp. chips. Sadly, I don't have an abundance of access to smoker tree species, so I am hesitate to market to those consumers. Maybe in time. Thanks again for watching, keep cutttin'!!

Its not that i dont see a need or want to be bothered with bundles. I sell I large Qty because i found a need for the forgotten homeowner during the spring and summer months when all the other guys are selling bundles. Am i missing out on cash? Yes, but i am not worried about it as i now have a clientele base for as long as i want to keep cutting and splitting. Maybe someday i will offer bundles, but now, for me, it is not the time. Kinda like Chris in the Woodyard is doing.

It def. depends on the wood yard, for sure. If you have found your niche customer, then that is fine. Thanks again for watching Dan, keep cutttin'!!

Yeah man, bundles make some bank, If you go to bags you save so much time, they are expensive, like 30 or 40 cents each, maybe 50 cent now idk, i bought a bale of a few hundred like a year ago. But i can make a bungle/bag in like 30 seconds compared to few minutes each.

I'll true. I am curious if I buy .75 bags and stuff them full to make 1cf, may depend on the brand. We'll see. Thanks again for watching, keep cutttin'!!

@travisdoesfirewood they do not stretch at all man. Trust me there, i made the mistake of ordering .5 cuft bags.. which work and still sell. But

I don't buy campground wood because it sucks.

Most of the time, it is. Not seasoned, large chunks, or knotty. Funny how the quality varies so much. Thanks again for watching, keep cutttin'!!
