He doesnt because he's not really selling websites. He's selling his GHL affiliate subscription so other people pay him for trying to build sub optimal websites through GHL

You are maintaining and running a website for their businesses and are giving them the features mentioned in the video. These things are usually subscription based and not a one time purchase as it is still running through you. If you can just disable their website and features it means that you are actively maintaining it which also means that they have to actively pay you for keeping these services available to them.
Actually if they're ignorant to create their own website or subscribe themselves, then they're being eventually relying upon someone like him milking them
