I think the reason we might feel guilty after “squandering our seed” relates to the battle within us between our animal self versus our symbolic self - the “ego”. We desire to transcend our animal-ness, ultimately because of the fear of our own annihilation, of death. I enjoy your perspective on this, but I think this aspect of escaping the fact of being animal is the flip side of this coin of yours, and a foundational one on the topic of human nature. There’s a very compelling book on this called The Denial of Death, by Ernest Becker. It blew my mind, highly recommend!

Nice perspective. I was just reading 'Healing and Recovery' by Dr. David Hawkins who spoke about exactly this. That guilt, pride, and a lot of other negative emotions around sexuality arise from disowning our animal side. He suggests embracing our animal nature and loving it as a part of ourselves. This is something I'm waking up to more and more. I'm enjoying the practice of retention and learning to feel less guilty as I go about that side of me. Thanks for the book recommendation. I also recommend the one mentioned.

The stages of apathy to anger and finally pride I found fascinating because that is exactly the mental faculties that are experienced. I am feeling that right now even though I'm on SR going into month 2. My aim is 6 month +. I am resisting the flow of life as you say. My hope is at the end of this year have enough vitality to move out of apathy, anger and pride and into more positive pastures. I don't conform to numerology due to its satanic origins but genuinely believe that SR does improve our "vibration" and raise the spirituality. Love the video as always Conor my brother. I've recently gotten into breath work as a way of opening the pineal gland. Also into methods of decalcifying the pineal. In the future will you be speaking about semen retention and the activation of the pineal gland and the possibility of using LOA more pragmatically? Love your work, looking forward to more.

I have some advice that may or may not help you Let go. Stop trying to control it. There is a thing inside of us that wants to expand. Let it do what it wants. You probably have all these desires. You wanna attain those desires. Just stop. Release them. Stop thinking about anything. Simply be in the moment, and trust that you are in the right place. Just relax. Breath. Chill. Literally do not try to do anything (it doesn't mean stop living, it just means, stop moving out of yourself for things. I know you know what I mean) When you stop trying, you will still act You will still speak to people You will still move around But what happens is, you become connected to the flow of life. Life starts to lead you. As men we are leaders in this world, but we must allow life to lead us. Let God lead you to where you need to be. You don't need any desires you feel you want. All you need is your seed And meditation, And then watch as things just start happening by magic. It works But its fucking scary. You have to be brave and just trust. TRUST HIM. TRUST JESUS Then you won't even be thinking about the LOA because your life will be so awesome, you won't even care. I hope this helps brother. You're a strong man for going over 2 months. I disagree with that theory (D. HAwkins) that DESIRE is ALWAYS NEGATIVE... Not so simple... Big subject. But, ask yourself: WHAT is a human without any desire? What is it? NOTHING. You have to HAVE DESIRE. You GROW from DESIRE. You DEVELOP.. you EVOLVE THROGH DESIRE. Your consciousness growS ONLY through DESIRE! For God sake, you BREATHE.. you MUST have interaction with the material (external) world.. every second of your life. YOU MUST! You can not exclude external world from consciousness... It is inevitable! You are HERE to make SmART DECISIONS WHEN to interact... BUt, BUT - BE FREE OF RESULTS OF DESIRE. ATTACHMENT FREE DESIRE! That is the KEY. So, DESIRE IS GOOD from my perspective. Dear Conor, Thank you for your videos, they have been a great help to me. I'm wondering if you could do a video on the topic of the phenomenon of female Succubus that is linked to the SR journey, modern phenomena like Instagram models where it leads to draining us of our power and vital energy. How these succubi are a reflection of the spiritual state of men. Perhaps we could have a balanced, more kinder view on these women who may be exhibiting unconscious behavior based on the current reality projected outwardly by the collective consciousness of men. How these women are being less than virtuous as a consequence of the corresponding less than virtuous men who are unable to move beyond less than honorable acts. Because in teachings like Islam, there have been virtuous women described, who have been praised and elevated. So women are not inherently bad or succubi. They are the companions of men and can be a healing to us. They are the softer creatures compared to men, and a source of beauty and compassion on this earth (e.g. Goddess of Mercy).
