436 days nofap and no edging, SR, Hard mode . I can tell you edging is not good. IMO . You lose semen and you do get cloudy urine and it doesn't feel good . My new battle is lust and fantasizing . Urine can be cloudy for different reasons like too much protein. From a medical point of view, semen can't be released with urine and vice versa. The penis has to be aroused to relaese Semen.
