Semi-auto motor stator coil winding and inserting machine for induction motor 

This winding inserting machine is used to do stator coil and wedge inserting.All the parameter of feeding length, cutting, forming, inserting slot number can be programmed on touch screen. The primary qualification rate for copper wire should reach 98.5%, up to 99.5% after rework.
