How to make a plastic pallet?
First, you should have a total line that includes a plastic crushing machine, plastic washing machine, high friction washing machine, horizontal Hydro extractor, extruding machine, press machine, and robotic arm. Then add the screw conveyor and silo which can make it for an auto line.
Then find the plastic waste, like films, bottles, wovens, etc. You can start to make it. The line does not need to be pelletized, which means the materials after crushing/washing can be used directly. That will help you save 50% on production costs to make one pallet.
