sand (silicon oxide) makes silicon, silicon has a VERY even charge, add just a little boron, or phosphorus, left and right to silicon on the Periodic table, and you get p type and n type silicon, if you get a very small peice of p type and n type and put them together you get a diode, when you get npn , you make a transistor, transistors make logic gates, logic gates make adders, and memory cells, the adders. and memorys cells make a chip, and so on
But that is what I don't get!! How can these blocks of silicon make a computer go?? How can a transistor calculate maths?? How can it even do 2 + 2?? I have searched everywhere for an explanation...
hello sir i have done masters of technology in vlsi design with 70%passout 2017. so I'm freshers, I looking for a good opportunity in vlsi design how to apply for a job.
