Post-manufacturing, chips must be tested to check if they have manufacturing defects. Testing is a way to control the quality of the delivered ICs. In this video seminar, which is intended for students of VLSI and beginners, I will discuss the topic of VLSI Test and discuss the value addition of test and the challenges of semiconductor test.
